The responsible production of TENCEL™ Lyocell begins in sustainably managed forests. Wood, sourced exclusively from certified origins, is further processed in an organic, closed-loop system. This means that over 99.8% of the substances created are recycled, completely avoiding the production of harmful waste.
"All substances generated during production are reused. The amount of waste generated is minimal, and water consumption is up to 20 times lower than during cotton processing," concludes Jan Bartoš, co-owner of Lejaan, about the production process.

BREATHABILITY
Lyocell fibers effectively wick away moisture, support body temperature regulation, and prevent sweating. Their structure allows for efficient absorption of water vapor, which is then transported into the fibers. This ensures a feeling of dryness and exceptional comfort during sleep.
At the same time, minimizing moisture naturally creates an antibacterial environment, preventing the growth of microorganisms.
