Use the EU ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, which serves for out-of-court resolution of disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs within the European Union. The platform is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
-
Contact the European Consumer Centre in Poland (ECC), which provides free assistance to consumers in cross-border disputes with entrepreneurs from other EU countries. More information can be found on the website: https://konsument.gov.pl/.
-
Submit a request to the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection in Poland for mediation proceedings or to a permanent consumer arbitration court.
(Due to the Seller's headquarters in the Czech Republic, the competent Czech entity for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (ADR) is also the Czech Trade Inspection Authority - Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, www.coi.cz).
