WHY WE TEAR FABRICS DURING PRODUCTION

The tearing method allows us to precisely maintain the warp and weft, which is crucial in preventing seams from twisting. This deformation is a common result of cutting fabric – a technique usually used in mass production and large industrial plants. Tearing fabrics, on the other hand, is practiced in smaller workshops, for manual production of items requiring decisive and precise cuts. Although this process is more difficult, we treat tearing as an essential element in striving for excellence.

BED LINEN WITH PRACTICAL DETAILS

We pay attention to details not only in the production process – we also place great importance on them when designing the final construction of products.

In our bedding, you will find a proven hotel flap, improved with clever stitching at the corners. This combination allows for easy covering, keeps the duvet in place, and permanently eliminates unnecessary closures with low durability. For bedding in the largest sizes, we also sew in practical ties that secure the filling in place.

Practical improvements to Lejaan sheets include elastic bands for a perfect fit and markings for the shorter side, which makes changing the bedding easier.
